Refund policy

At THE fur MAGAZINE, we craft each piece with care, intention, and in very limited quantities. Because of our small-scale production and commitment to sustainability, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before checking out.

Exchanges - Inside EU union

We want your piece to fit just right. If you need a different size, we’re happy to offer one free size exchange, subject to availability.

To request a size exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at contact@thefurmagazine.com with your order number and desired size.

If your preferred size is in stock, we will make it easy for you - we will send a free return label and exchange it free of charge, once we receive the original item back.

If the item is out of stock, you may opt for another item or return instead.

Returns - Inside EU union

If your item isn’t right for you, you are entitled to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Swedish consumer law (Distansavtalslagen). To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us as soon as possible, maximum 14 days from receiving your order.

  • The return tag must be intact.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The return must be shipped within 5 days of notifying us and arrive back to us within those 14 days.

How to make a return:

  1. Email contact@thefurmagazine.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack your return in original packaging, include your order number on a note. 
  3. We will provide a QR code for shipment, this is a non refundable amount of 390kr / €35. You do not pay (it is not being refunded)
    2. Simply use same packaging and scan your QR code at Postnord.

    Important Note:

    All items must be returned with the return/exchange ribbon tag intact and in original condition. Items returned without the original ribbon tag properly attached, or showing signs reattachment or of use (including strong perfume odor) will be subject to a värdeminskningsavdrag (value loss) in accordance with Swedish consumer law, as the product can no longer be resold as new condition.

    The value loss starts at 1200kr/€120 up to 1800kr/€180 depending on the case.

    Refunds - Inside EU union

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

    No restocking fee, payment fees will be applied. Only amount that will not be refunded is the included delivery and return shipment (QR code). A combined non refunded amount of 390kr / €37 will be deducted from your refund. You do not have to pay extra.

    Returns & Refunds – Outside the EU

    Please note that we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders shipped outside the European Union. Due to toll, import regulations, duties, and additional handling fees, we cannot accept international return shipments from non-EU countries.

    All sales made outside the EU are therefore considered final.

    Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24hrs of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will rapidly assist you!
